A UK-China mission on remanufacturing is set to take place on 12-14 March 2018. Organised by University of Brighton and supported by the UK government’s Foreign & Commonwealth Office and Knowledge Transfer Network, the agenda includes workshops in intelligent manufacturing and remanufacturing and a visit to an industry demonstration base. The purposes of the trip include understanding the impact of government policies such as Made in China 2025 and to explore potential synergies. The organisers hope that it will also stimulate more collaboration between stakeholders, including professional associations, between China and the UK.
