The Environmental Campus Birkenfeld, in consultation with FJW Consulting, organises a series of bimonthly online conferences on the topic of innovation and automation in remanufacturing. The next conference will take place at mid-February and the topic will be: Innovative Cleaning Technologies for used Parts in Remanufacturing.
The cleaning technology plays an important role in product quality during the remanufacturing processing. The quality, availability, remanufacturing cost and the remaining life of the remanufactured product is directly influenced by various cleaning methods and the corresponding cleaning quality. The introduction of cleaning also brings contamination to the remanufacturing processing, which restricts its engineering application. Therefore, in this symposium industry experts will show innovative cleaning technologies for remanufacturing and will also present best practices and use cases.
