Per 2 October 2020, Pos Service Holland B.V. (PSH) has taken a 100% stake in Auto Electric Service B.V. (AES). With this acquisition, director and co-owner of AES, Max Mengelberg, has retired and AES’s director and co-owner, Rick Bunschoten, has joined the Management team of PSH.
‘With this acquisition we will further strengthen our market position within the BeNeLux and we are able to supply you with an even wider range of starters, alternators, AC compressors, parts and DC-motors,’ says Alexander Kam, CEO of PSH.
Before the end of the year all personnel, inventory and brand names will be integrated within PSH in Ankeveen, The Netherlands. Kam continues: ‘We will make sure that this process will be quick and flawless with a minimal impact on our deliveries. In case this integration will have consequences for our clients’ business we will contact them pro-actively and look for solutions, for example if there are issues with the in-night delivery of goods.’
