RAI Amsterdams brand Rematec Asia is a collaboration with the Remanufacture Committee of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CPRA) and the China National Machinery Industry International Co., Ltd. (SINOMACHINT.) Mr. Zhao Lizhi, General Manager of SINOMACHINT and Mr. Xie Jianjun, Secretary General of CPRA give their view on the development of the Chinese remanufacturing industry and welcome visitors and exhibitors to the third consecutive edition of Rematec Asia with the following words.
Mr. Zhao Lizhi states "This year marks a leap forward in the development of remanufacturing in China. At the beginning of the year, the executive meeting of the State Council deliberated and approved the Administrative Measures for the Recycling of End-of-Life Motor Vehicles (Revised Draft), which made a major policy adjustment to the recycling of end-of-life motor vehicles. This adjustment will effectively foster competition in the recycling and dismantling industry and will play an important role in improving the technical level of the industry. Therefore, it is regarded as a further liberalisation of the remanufacturing industry. There is no doubt that this measure will stimulate new vitality of the market and will certainly have a profound impact on the development of the automotive industry, thus enhancing the green recycling development.
Despite the ongoing impact of the epidemic on the auto parts and remanufacturing industry, it has been noticeable over the year that more capital is flowing into the remanufacturing industry. More and more manufacturers and dealers have noticed the huge potential of this industry and are determined to engage in it. This has reinforced our belief in the bright future of this industry and has boosted our determination to run a good exhibition, provide more valuable services, and promote the development of the remanufacturing industry.
In the preparation of this year’s exhibition, we put more focus on the current market demand, and on how to make this exhibition more effective and deliver more useful information to participants, so that we can help enterprises deepen the domestic market and also expand their presence in the overseas markets. Although overseas enterprises were not able to attend the exhibition this year, many of them continued to express great interest in the Chinese market. Eight experts and executives from the European remanufacturing industry will participate in the exhibition via video. They will give speeches and exchange views on the remanufacturing development in Europe, the differences of remanufacturing industries in various countries, and how to build a successful remanufacturing business model. These videos will also be open to more audience in the form of “ Remanufacturing Open Course” on our WeChat official account.
We invite you to pay attention to the exhibition as well as the “2021 Forum on High Quality and Standardized Development of China's Auto Parts Remanufacturing” held at the same time. Themed on “Self-regulation, Standardisation, Innovation and Carbon-reduction”, the forum will provide an in-depth analysis of how to organise and implement the important tasks in relation to auto parts remanufacturing in the 14th Five-Year Plan for Circular Economy Development, and further promote the "Interim Measures for the Standardized Management of Auto Part Remanufacturing". In addition, it will discuss the key issues to be addressed for the standardised development of the remanufacturing industry and realise a high-end dialogue among automotive remanufacturing enterprises.
